This is a 9 month program that walks with a small group of students to teach leadership and business principals designed to help them lead and build with service to others as the forefront. From monthly group sessions to one on one coaching, this program is designed to help students make an impact in their community while letting their individual passions and dreams be the north star.

Currently, the Incubator is for College students who have a desire to create positive change in their communities. Priority will be given to students who have attended a Medici Project trip. We are looking for driven individuals who want to impact the world around them for the better and just need a roadmap.

We will start taking applications in April, but you are able to express interest at any time and we will keep you updated. Email mickey@mediciproject.org to stay in touch and receive a reminder when the applications open. We will be selecting students through an interview process over the summer and the program starts in August and runs the course of the school year.
